1. In short: no tracking
The website www.urbahive.com sets no cookie. We use no audience-measurement tool (Google Analytics or any other), no advertising cookie, no social-network tracker and no pixel.
Since nothing on the site requires your consent, the site shows no cookie banner.
2. What the site stores in your browser
The site keeps a few settings in your browser's local storage, which is not a cookie and is never sent to us:
- Language: your choice between French and English
- Theme: your choice between the light and the dark display
- A technical marker for the current tab: it prevents the page from reloading in a loop after a site update, and is erased when you close the tab
This information stays in your browser. It contains no identifier and is not used for any tracking. You can erase it at any time from your browser settings.
3. Third-party services
Demo video
The presentation video is hosted by YouTube and embedded in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you open the video. If you play it, YouTube may set its own cookies, which are governed by Google's policy.
Contact form
The contact form sends your message to our provider Web3Forms, which forwards it to us by e-mail. It sets no cookie.
External links
The links to LinkedIn, Discord and YouTube are plain links: nothing is loaded from these services unless you click on them.
4. The UrbaHive application
The application (app.urbahive.com) sets no tracking cookie either and embeds no audience-measurement tool. Once you are signed in, your session is kept in your browser's local storage: this storage is strictly necessary to provide the service.
Subscription payments are handled by Stripe on its own pages, which are subject to Stripe's policy.
5. Technical logs
Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical connection logs (IP address, date, requested page) to keep the service secure and running. We do not use them to follow your browsing or to build a profile.
6. Updates to This Policy
If we ever decided to use trackers, this page would be updated first and your consent would be requested before any tracker is set.
